In a city full of iconic sights, the Tower Bridge is perhaps the most iconic of them all. The 122 year old bascule bridge links the historic Tower of London with its futuristic south bank redevelopments. The centrepiece of the latter is the sci-fi City Hall, designed by master architect Sir Norman Foster, and its surrounding public plazas with its cafes, open air theatres, and riverside vantage points.
